SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in Malaysia using reliable national and regional carriers. Variables like destination, size, and product weight will determine the carrier. Most supply orders that ship via ground are typically delivered in 1-3 days.

 

We ship the same day on all in-stock items ordered by 12PM MYT Mon-Sat. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Customers may return a product within 14 days of purchase.

  • Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.

  • Customized items are non-returnable.

 

Inkwell Supply accepts Return Request for the following reasons:
1. Exchange your item for different size/color
2. Replacement for a wrong item ordered


Please note that you have to email us at support@inkwellsupply.com before proceeding with any exchange/return. Inkwell Supply will investigate your claim case, which will take 3-5 working days lead time.
Customer will bear shipping costs for returning items. 


Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount within 2 weeks, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies

  • If your return is not approved, Inkwell Supply Customer Support will contact you to ship back the damaged goods. Customer will bear the shipping cost for this shipment.
